The Wilshire Grand Center
Los Angeles, California

The Wilshire Grand Center, which is the tower presently under construction, is estimated at a $1.2 billion mixed-use project in downtown Los Angeles.  The Center will become Los Angeles’ tallest skyscraper at 1,100 feet with 73 stories.  Technology Plus, Incorporated (TPI) developed the basics of design document for technology and is presently project managing and overseeing the technology implementation for the Center.

Some of the project’s highlights will be that the Center will have 900 four-star hotel rooms, and the 70th floor, an upper level lobby, will include a public observation deck and rooftop pool.   There will also be 45,100 square feet of new restaurant and retail space and 400,000 square feet of Class “A” office space.  A design first in Los Angeles, the project will feature a “sky lobby” 73 stories above the city that will provide sleek, glamorous, upscale rooftop dining and views.
